A Passion for Preservation
The Borges Real Estate Team was founded on a simple belief: Southern California's historic homes deserve specialists who understand their unique value and challenges. What started as a personal passion for Craftsman architecture evolved into a full-service team dedicated to character homes of all eras.
Our founder, Justin Borges, fell in love with a 1920s Craftsman bungalow early in his career. The experience of navigating Mills Act contracts, historic district regulations, and period-appropriate renovations revealed a gap in the market: buyers and sellers of character homes needed agents who truly understood these properties.
Today, we're proud to be affiliated with eXp Realty's Luxury Division, combining cutting-edge technology and global reach with the specialized knowledge our clients depend on. From Pasadena's Craftsman bungalows to Highland Park's Spanish Colonials, we've become the go-to team for character home transactions.
