Nick Despotidis is a Los Angeles-based REALTOR® who works closely with developers and rehabbers on fix-and-flip and value-add projects, providing hands-on support across deal strategy, capital raising, project management, and end-to-end marketing for strong exits.

With 150+ transactions closed and an MBA from Johns Hopkins, Nick brings both analytical rigor and real-world execution to every project.
